Research and development spending more than doubled to USD 564,480 on higher costs tied to the FDA insomnia clinical trial.
Professional fees jumped 128% to USD 407,444, reflecting higher accounting and legal costs tied to the PONM acquisition.
Nexalin completed the PONM acquisition, initiated its FDA-cleared Gen-3 HALO insomnia trial, and ended June 30 with cash of USD 1.01 million.
