Nexentis falls below Nasdaq $2.5 million equity requirement, risks delisting notice

Nexentis received a Nasdaq notice on Aug. 31, 2026 for failing the $2.5 million minimum stockholders’ equity rule.
Stockholders’ equity was $1.78 million as of June 30, 2026, based on its quarterly filing.
The notice does not immediately affect the Nasdaq listing.
A compliance plan is due within 45 days, by Oct. 15, 2026.
Nasdaq may grant time until Feb. 27, 2027; failure could trigger a delisting determination, with a hearing available to stay action.
