Nexera said it signed a letter of intent with Nebo Holdings for the exclusive worldwide distribution of the Preempt OSINT darknet intelligence platform to data center operators.
The deal targets subscription resales, with Nexera able to contract in its own name, set resale pricing, and manage billing, invoicing and collections.
Definitive agreement remains subject to conditions
A definitive agreement depends on a proof of concept, due diligence and required approvals. The parties aim to sign within about two weeks.
