NexGel announces special shareholder meeting

NexGel plans a special shareholder meeting in Langhorne, Pennsylvania on Sept. 23, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on raising authorized common shares to up to 150,000,000 from 25,000,000.
A separate vote covers a discretionary reverse stock split within a 1-for-2 to 1-for-20 range.
An adjournment proposal would allow the meeting to be postponed to seek additional votes on the share increase or split.
