Nexscient names Flipside founder Anthony De Luna as CTO, adds Jaime Fanlo to board
NXNT•NXNT•NXNT•NXNT•Nexscient named Flipside founder Anthony De Luna as chief technology officer, adding him to the board following the April 1 Flipside acquisition.
De Luna has three decades of experience across XML indexing at Innodata, digital publishing standards at Barnes & Noble, and AI data engineering since 2018.
The board expanded to five directors with the July 1 appointment of Jaime Fanlo as an independent director.
Fanlo is a corporate director, lawyer and strategic investor; he previously served as commercial counsel at Johnson Controls and CBRE, and began at a Philippine law firm.
