Nexstar posted Q2 net revenue of $1.66 billion, up 62.2% year over year, on incremental contributions from the TEGNA deal.
Net income climbed 24.2% to $113 million; net income margin narrowed 1.7 percentage points to 5.7%.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) rose 62.7% to $633 million, keeping margin essentially flat at 31.8%.
Adjusted free cash flow (non-GAAP) more than doubled to $238 million; it repaid $406 million of debt and paid $57 million in dividends.
