NextBoat added Zebulon Hadley to its board as an independent director.
Hadley will chair the Compensation Committee; he is president and CEO of National Coatings, acquired in 2016 and grown to about $39 million revenue.
Todd Bates joined as vice president of finance and insurance.
Bates previously served as corporate director of finance at a large marine retail group, lifting F&I revenue by more than $5 million across 80 locations.
