NextDecade director Giovanni Oddo resigns from board effective immediately
NEXT•NextDecade said director Giovanni Oddo resigned effective immediately on Sept. 29, 2026, and said his departure was not tied to a dispute over operations, policies or practices.

NextDecade reported Oddo’s immediate resignation on Sept. 29, 2026. Under a 2019 agreement, Ninteenth Investment Company, an affiliate of Mubadala Investment Company, can designate a replacement board member.
