Nextech3D.ai adds F-35 flight simulations, signs Tier 1 multinational bank deal

Nextech3D.ai has partnered with The Squadron to integrate high-fidelity flight simulations, including F-35 experiences, into its Krafty Labs platform. The Company signed a Tier 1 agreement with a multinational bank to pilot three in-person events across three countries, with a global rollout planned for Q3 2026.

On February 4, 2026, Nextech3D.ai (OTCQB: NEXCF; CSE: NTAR; FSE: 1SS) CEO Evan Gappelberg appeared on CEO.CA’s flagship interview series to outline the company’s strategy for a unified AI-powered event management platform. Gappelberg detailed how Nextech3D.ai leverages semantic AI and an intelligent data backbone to centralize registration, interactive floor plans, engagement tools and analytics into a single operating system. He emphasized that combining the Eventdex registration suite, MapD spatial intelligence and Krafty Labs experiential modules positions the company to serve Fortune 500 enterprises, global associations and large-scale event organizers with recurring SaaS contracts and enterprise-scale deployments across multiple regions.

2. Krafty Labs Expands with Advanced Flight Simulations

In a strategic partnership announced in early February 2026, Nextech3D.ai agreed with The Squadron to integrate high-fidelity aviation simulations – including F-35 fighter jet scenarios – into its Krafty Labs engagement platform. The new offering will be available to corporate clients for leadership development and team-building exercises, addressing demand for premium experiential events. The Squadron’s flight simulation hardware and Nextech3D.ai’s AI-driven event orchestration will enable customers to deliver up to 50 simultaneous simulation sessions per event, with real-time performance analytics and debriefing dashboards.

3. Tier 1 Enterprise Starter Agreement and International Rollout

Also this month, Nextech3D.ai signed its first Tier 1 enterprise starter agreement with a multinational universal bank and financial services company. The pilot program covers three in-person events scheduled across the United Kingdom, Germany and Singapore during Q2 2026. Following successful completion of these pilots, the customer has committed to a broader global rollout of Krafty Labs for large-scale conferences and training events beginning in Q3 2026. This deal reinforces Nextech3D.ai’s focus on recurring enterprise revenue and highlights its capacity to deliver complex, cross-border event solutions at scale.
