NextNRG adopts new Nevada bylaws after reincorporation from Delaware
NXXT•NextNRG adopted new Nevada bylaws on Oct. 7, 2026, following its reincorporation from Delaware. Its business, management, assets, liabilities and Nasdaq listing under NXXT remained unchanged.
1. Bylaws adopted
The new bylaws shift the company’s governance to Nevada Revised Statutes, replacing the Delaware charter and bylaws previously in effect. The conversion left NextNRG’s business, management, assets, liabilities and Nasdaq listing under NXXT unchanged.
