NextNRG faces Nasdaq delisting notice after failing $1 minimum bid rule deadline
NXXT•Nasdaq delisting notice and compliance deadline
Nasdaq notified NextNRG on Sept. 15, 2026 that its common stock faces delisting for failing the $1 minimum bid rule.
The regained compliance deadline passed on Sept. 14, 2026, following 30 straight business days below $1 that triggered a March 16 notice.
NextNRG is not eligible for an additional 180-day cure period because stockholders’ equity does not meet initial listing standards.
The company has until Sept. 22, 2026 to request a hearing. A timely appeal would stay delisting while the Nasdaq panel reviews the case.
A 1-for-10 reverse stock split took effect Sept. 14, 2026; shares have traded above $1 since, with no assurance that lasts.
