The deal commits four destination music events expected to sell 250 travel packages each and unlocks new revenue streams across travel bookings, advertising and creator commerce.

NextTrip acquired a controlling interest in YADA Commerce Inc, a fully licensed TikTok Partner Agency specializing in influencer engagement, creator monetization, affiliate commerce and livestream capabilities. The agreement enables NextTrip to integrate YADA’s creator-commerce infrastructure into its content-to-commerce platform.
2. Audience and Commerce Expansion
YADA brings access to thousands of creators and an aggregate follower base in the billions, allowing NextTrip to expand affiliate networks, digital commerce, audience acquisition and media monetization across its travel and entertainment offerings.
3. Destination Music Events and Revenue Potential
The deal includes four committed destination music events featuring exclusive artist partnerships, each projected to sell approximately 250 travel packages. NextTrip will serve as the travel fulfillment partner, leveraging group travel, luxury and concierge services to deliver complete fan experiences.
4. Leadership Appointment and Strategic Vision
Founder Chad Doher has joined as Executive Vice President of Entertainment to lead the new Entertainment & Creator Commerce division. His background in media, hospitality and commerce is expected to drive a content-to-commerce flywheel linking creator engagement directly to travel bookings and loyalty programs.
