NextTrip announces annual shareholder meeting

The ballot includes auditor ratification for Haynie & Company for the fiscal year ending Feb. 28, 2027.
Shareholders will also vote on share issuances tied to a senior secured convertible promissory note and warrants held by Lind Global Fund III LP.
Votes also cover share issuances from Series A Convertible Preferred Stock conversions, related warrants, a pre-funded warrant, executive pay advisory approval, and adjournment authority.
