Nexxen announces annual shareholder meeting

Nexxen will hold its annual general meeting in Tel Aviv on Sept. 29, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on re-electing five directors, including CEO Ofer Druker. Board chair Christopher Stibbs will not stand.
The company also proposed the appointment of Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, an Ernst & Young Global member, as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
Another proposal seeks to increase share reserves under the company’s equity compensation plans, adding 2,850,000 ordinary shares across two plans.
There will also be a binding vote on the CEO compensation package, including base salary of USD 750,000 and a target annual cash bonus of 200%.
