NICE expands RingCentral partnership, agrees to resell RingEX UCaaS platform

NICE expanded its partnership with RingCentral under a new multi-year agreement, adding resale of RingCentral’s UCaaS product RingEX.
The deal makes the relationship bi-directional, pairing RingCentral’s UCaaS with NICE’s CXone contact center platform in a tighter integrated offering.
Agreement extended for Contact Center offering
The companies also extended their agreement to market and sell RingCentral Contact Center, powered by CXone, for an additional year.
