NICE partners with CCT Solutions to deploy AOK PLUS unified CX AI platform in EU sovereign cloud
NICE•NICE expanded its collaboration with German health insurer AOK PLUS, integrating Cognigy AI agents with its CXone platform in NICE’s EU Sovereign Cloud. The deployment targets more than 5 million annual member interactions and reported a call acceptance rate above 95% after go-live.

NICE integrated Cognigy AI agents with its CXone platform for AOK PLUS, with the rollout delivered alongside Platinum partner CCT Solutions. The deployment connects AI self-service with 2,400 employees across 120 skills and includes more than 1,400 telephone numbers migrated with zero downtime; AOK PLUS reported a call acceptance rate above 95% following go-live.
