Nightfood formed TechForce Advanced Manufacturing to pursue an advanced-manufacturing partnership with Jun Long Machine Industrial.
Planned ownership split is 51% Nightfood and 49% Jun Long, subject to definitive agreements expected within weeks.
Production start is targeted for calendar Q4 2026, with initial revenue expected in the same period, contingent on customer qualification and acceptance.
Initial focus will be on scaling 8-inch and 12-inch wafer sorter and automated optical inspection equipment for semiconductor manufacturing.
