TechForce Robotics and NBR Intelligence outline factory automation program
Nightfood Holdings’ TechForce Robotics unit signed a strategic LOI with NBR Intelligence to pursue a multi-site factory automation program.
The nonbinding planning target calls for up to 5,000 AI-enabled robotic systems integrated with NBR’s MIDAS platform, aiming to automate up to 30% of workflows.
Assessments are expected within 30 days of the Aug. 10, 2026 effective date; the first phase targets five pilot systems operating within 120 days.
Pilot pricing is estimated at $250,000 to $350,000. Acceptance would trigger a scale-up target of 100 systems.
The rollout plan targets about 500 systems per month, and participating site operators would contract directly with TechForce under a RaaS structure.
