Nike announces annual shareholder meeting

Nike will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 8, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect 11 directors, with separate Class A and Class B director elections.

An advisory vote is scheduled on executive compensation.

Items include ratifying PricewaterhouseCoopers as independent auditor.

Votes are also set on amending the employee stock purchase plan, plus shareholder proposals on charitable support and environmental targets.
