Nike reorganizes operating model into three geographies under Pace plan
NKE•Nike plans to reorganize into three regions—Americas, APGC and EMEA—to speed decision-making and localize execution. Job reductions are expected over time, with decisions on affected roles set to begin in calendar 2027.
1. Regional restructuring
Nike plans to shift its operating structure to the Americas, APGC and EMEA, with APGC leadership based in Singapore. Some roles supporting APGC will move from Beaverton closer to regional markets, with teams targeted to transition in fiscal 2028.
2. Hiring and role changes
The company plans a Bengaluru campus to build capabilities across Nike, Jordan Brand and Converse, with hiring and transfers expected to ramp over several years. Decisions on impacted roles are set to begin in calendar 2027.
