Nio Q4 Revenues Up 75.9% YoY, Adjusted Profit Hits $103.9M
Nio posted Q4 2025 revenues of RMB34.65 billion ($4.95 billion), up 75.9% year-over-year, and adjusted net profit reached RMB726.8 million ($103.9 million), reversing a loss from Q4 2024. January and February deliveries surged 96% and 57.6% YoY to 27,182 and 20,797 units, and chip subsidiary GeniTech secured $330 million.
1. Q4 2025 Financial Performance
Nio reported total revenues of RMB34.65 billion ($4.95 billion) in the fourth quarter of 2025, a 75.9% increase from Q4 2024. Adjusted net profit reached RMB726.8 million ($103.9 million), reversing a net loss of RMB6.62 billion a year earlier, while gross margin expanded to 17.5%.
2. Delivery Growth in Early 2026
The automaker delivered 27,182 vehicles in January, a 96% year-over-year increase, and 20,797 vehicles in February, up 57.6% YoY. Year-to-date deliveries totaled 47,979 units, marking a 77.3% surge and pushing cumulative deliveries past 1.04 million vehicles.
3. GeniTech Funding Boost
Nio’s chip subsidiary GeniTech Co. Ltd. secured nearly $330 million in new funding to accelerate its in-house self-driving chip development. The move aims to deliver cost advantages over third-party suppliers and support future scaling of autonomous driving hardware.
