nLIGHT posted Q2 2026 revenue of $82.59 million, up 33.8% from a year earlier.
GAAP net loss narrowed to $1.34 million, or $0.02 per diluted share.
Gross margin improved 1.2 percentage points to 31.1%; Adjusted EBITDA rose to $10.73 million.
Third-quarter outlook includes shipment delays
nLIGHT said Q3 revenue is forecast at $63 million to $73 million, excluding about $17 million of product shipments delayed by supply chain challenges.
Adjusted EBITDA is expected at $1 million to $7 million.
Defense and advanced manufacturing cited as drivers
Scott Keeney cited strength in defense and advanced manufacturing; directed energy pipeline expanded with the Department of War’s Joint Laser Weapon Systems contract.
