Noah Holdings set a new board lineup effective Aug. 29, 2026, naming Jingbo Wang as chairwoman.
- Zhe Yin will serve as chief executive officer.
- Non-executive directors: Chia-Yue Chang, Boquan He, Tianjing Zhang.
- Independent directors: Xiangrong Li, May Yihong Wu, David Zhang.
- Committee chairs: Li for audit, Wu for compensation, Wang for corporate governance and nominating.
