Noah Holdings names Zhang Tianjing non-executive director as Meng Jinhong retires from board

Zhang Tong is a Hong Kong-based U.S.-qualified lawyer with capital markets and M&A experience, and is a former senior partner at Kirkland & Ellis.

Zhang Tianjing leads international business at HOZU Capital and previously was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where he focused on disputes, investigations, compliance and crisis management.

• Director Meng Jinhong will step down as independent director effective at the end of Aug. 28, 2026.
• Non-executive director Zhang Tong will be reclassified as an independent director from Aug. 29, 2026.
• Zhang Tianjing will be appointed non-executive director from Aug. 29, 2026, and will also be designated an independent director under NYSE rules.
