Shareholders will vote on the election of A. Scott Mobley as a Class III director, with a term running to the 2029 annual meeting.
A separate vote will cover the election of Paul W. Mobley as a Class II director, with a term running to the 2028 annual meeting.
The meeting agenda also includes ratification of Stephano Slack as independent registered public accounting firm for 2026.
