Nocera names Shun-Chih Chuang CFO under two-year employment deal

Nocera appointed Shun-Chih Chuang as chief financial officer, effective Aug. 17, 2026, under a two-year employment agreement.
The company also hired consultant Chien-Hua Tseng to advise on AI module strategy, product roadmap, and market positioning.
Tseng’s consulting agreement runs through Aug. 16, 2028, subject to early termination under notice provisions.
