Nokia Drone Networks Adopts Amprius’s 520 Wh/kg Batteries in New UAV System
Amprius reported Q4 revenue of $25.2 million (up 18% sequentially and over 2.3× year-over-year) and finished with $90.5 million cash and no debt while guiding at least $125 million revenue and positive EBITDA for 2026. Nokia Drone Networks will integrate Amprius’s 520 Wh/kg SiCore batteries for drone-in-a-box systems.

Amprius generated $25.2 million in Q4 revenue, up 18% sequentially and more than 2.3× year-over-year, improved gross margin to 24%, ended the period with $90.5 million cash and no debt, recorded a $22.5 million one-time charge, and will pay a $20 million Colorado lease settlement.
2. Drone Networks Partnership
Nokia Drone Networks selected Amprius’s second-generation SiCore silicon-anode batteries delivering 520 Wh/kg, enabling both burst power for takeoff and sustained energy for longer UAV missions in its drone-in-a-box systems.

The company achieved an 11 out of 11 NDAA sourcing scorecard, expanded its Defense Innovation Unit contract to $14.8 million, and secured multiple compliant manufacturing partners in the U.S. and South Korea.

Management guides to at least $125 million revenue and a minimum $4 million adjusted positive EBITDA for 2026, while anticipating a net loss of approximately $8 million and ramping NDAA-compliant production capacity.
