Nokia Q2 Comparable Operating Profit EUR 434 Mln, Beats Estimates

July 23 (Reuters) - Nokia Oyj NOKIA.HE:
- Q2 net sales EUR 4,815 million versus IBES estimate EUR 4,823 million
- Q2 comparable operating profit EUR 434 million versus IBES estimate EUR 382 million
- Operationally, Nokia's full year outlook is unchanged
- Q2 Network Infrastructure net sales grew 12% y-o-y on a constant currency basis, led by Optical Networks growing 20%
Outlook, order intake and capital return
- 2026 outlook is now for EUR 2.1 to 2.6 billion of comparable operating profit
- In Q2, AI & Cloud order intake was EUR 2.8 billion, while sales more than doubled year-on-year
- Outlook change related to presentation of two businesses as discontinued operations which led to EUR 0.1 billion technical revision
- Nokia in Q3 sees 3% to 7% q-o-q increase in net sales
- Nokia sees Q3 comparable operating profit largely flat q/q
- On 23 July 2026, board resolved to distribute dividend of EUR 0.04 per share
- Nokia expects to recognize EUR 350 million of integration charges by end of 2026, targets to complete integration within 2 years
