Nomad Foods raises FY2026 organic revenue outlook, now sees 2%-3% decline
NOMD•Nomad Foods raised its fiscal 2026 organic revenue outlook to a 2%-3% decline from a prior 2%-5% decline, and expects third-quarter organic revenue growth of 1% or more.

Nomad Foods expects adjusted EBITDA to fall 5%-10%, including up to a mid-single-digit headwind from restoring incentive compensation. It maintained its adjusted EPS outlook of EUR 1.38-EUR 1.53 and expects adjusted free cash flow conversion of 90% or higher, with the dividend expected to be maintained.
