NMAD•Nomad Power Solutions adjourned its special shareholder meeting on Oct. 2 without conducting business and scheduled it to reconvene Oct. 30 at 1 p.m. ET.
1. Meeting rescheduled
The delay gives the company more time to finalize a Nasdaq listing filing tied to its completed merger with NOMAD Transportable Power Systems. The proposals remain unchanged, and the board continues to recommend voting for them.
