Nomadar outlines plan to become parent of Spain’s Cádiz CF in group reorganization

Nomadar disclosed a group reorganization that targets making it the parent of Spanish football club Cádiz CF.
Cádiz CF filed a spin-off plan in Spain to transfer its stake in Sport City Cádiz to Sport City. Sport City interests would be distributed to Cádiz CF shareholders pro rata under the plan.
Next steps include Cádiz CF shares contributed to Sport City, then Cádiz CF transferred to Nomadar for newly issued common stock. Cádiz CF shareholders are expected to vote on the spin-off around September 30, 2026.
