Nomadar signs deal to buy majority stake in Fox Soccer Academy

Nomadar signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Fox Soccer Academy, a youth soccer organization co-founded by Christian Fuchs.
Fox Soccer Academy operates in New York, North Carolina, the U.K., and Austria, serving about 2,100 players.
