Wholesale, wealth management and investment management all improved
Wholesale net revenue increased 20% QoQ to JPY 369.1 billion; pretax income more than doubled QoQ to JPY 93.3 billion, with Investment Banking net revenue at a record JPY 50.4 billion.
Wealth Management net revenue rose 9% QoQ to JPY 145.4 billion; pretax income increased 16% QoQ to JPY 71.1 billion, with the recurring revenue cost coverage ratio at 76%.
Investment Management net revenue grew 14% QoQ to JPY 98.3 billion; pretax income more than doubled QoQ to JPY 45 billion, while AuM reached a record JPY 156 trillion.
