On October 30, 2026, Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems extended the maturity of four affiliate promissory notes to November 30, 2026. The notes total $300,000, with $75,000 principal each; two are split equally between Frost Gamma Investments Trust and Chairman and Interim CEO Dr. Jane Hsiao. All other provisions remain unchanged.
