LONDON, Aug 27 (Reuters) - U.S. WTI Midland crude edged up in the Platts window on Thursday after a deal.

Indications are free on board (FOB) unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place.

One cargo traded, a market source said.

WTI Midland: Mercuria bought a September 9-13 cargo at dated Brent plus $1.20 from Shell CIF Rotterdam, up 10 cents from a deal on Wednesday.

The deal level equated to dated minus 50 cents on a FOB basis, according to Reuters calculations.
