North Sea Crude-WTI Midland trades twice

LONDON, Aug. 19 (Reuters) - U.S. WTI Midland traded twice in the Platts window on Wednesday, while North Sea Forties and Ekofisk were also in the window but did not trade.

Indications are free on board (FOB) unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place.
- Two cargoes traded, a market source said.
- WTI Midland: Mercuria bought a September 19-23 cargo from ExxonMobil at dated Brent plus $2.55 CIF Rotterdam.
- WTI Midland: Mercuria also bought a September 7-11 cargo from Shell at dated Brent plus $2.40 CIF Rotterdam.
- The average of the two deal levels equated to dated Brent plus 83 cents on a FOB basis, Reuters calculations showed.
- WTI Midland: ExxonMobil also offered two more cargoes of WTI Midland, with September 5-9 and August 31 - September 4 dates, at dated plus $2.40 CIF and dated plus $1.95 CIF, respectively.
- On Tuesday, three WTI Midland cargoes traded in a range of dated plus $2.35-2.65 CIF Rotterdam.
- Forties: Gunvor bid for September 13-15 dates at dated plus $1.05.
- Forties: ExxonMobil offered a September 5-9 cargo at dated plus $2.00, and an August 31 - September 4 cargo at dated plus $1.40.
- On Tuesday, CNOOC and ExxonMobil offered Forties cargoes at dated Brent plus $1 and $1.74, respectively.
- Ekofisk: ConocoPhillips offered a September 10-12 cargo at dated plus $2.90, having offered the same dates on Tuesday 20 cents higher.
