North Sea Crude-WTI weakens while Forties and Ekofisk are offered lower
XLE•North Sea grades and WTI Midland weaken in Platts window
LONDON, Aug 18 (Reuters) - North Sea Forties and Ekofisk crude were offered lower on Tuesday while three cargoes of WTI Midland traded in the Platts window at a weaker level.

Indications are free on board (FOB) unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place.
- Three cargoes traded, a market source said.
- WTI Midland: TotalEnergies bought from Exxon Mobil for September 2-6 at dated Brent plus $2.35 a barrel CIF Rotterdam.
- WTI Midland: TotalEnergies bought from Trafigura for September 13-17 at dated Brent plus $2.65 barrel CIF Rotterdam.
- WTI Midland: Shell sold to Mercuria for September 17-21 at dated Brent plus $2.45 barrel CIF Rotterdam.
- WTI Midland: Exxon Mobil offered for August 30 to September 3 at dated Brent plus $1.99 CIF Rotterdam.
- The average of the three deals and the lower offer was dated Brent plus $2.36, which was equal to about dated Brent plus 77 cents FOB, according to Reuters calculations.
- On Monday, TotalEnergies bought a WTI cargo from BP at dated Brent plus $3.10 CIF Rotterdam.
- Forties: CNOOC and Exxon Mobil offered cargoes at dated Brent plus $1 and $1.74 respectively.
- Ekofisk: ConocoPhillips offered September 10-12 at dated Brent plus $3.10.
