Vachon’s remit includes strengthening governance, catching up on Exchange Act reporting, supporting U.S. manufacturing expansion and overseeing financing.

CEO change and board update

Northann named François Vachon chief executive officer effective Aug. 13, replacing Lin Li, who resigned as CEO, president, secretary and treasurer.

Vachon joined the board Aug. 18 to fill Li’s vacancy; he previously served as a senior advisor at Desjardins Group.

Li left the board Aug. 18; he no longer holds any officer, director or employee role.

Kurtis W. Winn, a director and chief operating officer, took on the additional roles of president, secretary and treasurer on Aug. 13.
