Northern Trust and CSC sign MoU on tokenized finance infrastructure
Northern Trust signed an MoU with Australia’s Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation to deepen collaboration on digital asset investment infrastructure.
Work will target tokenisation, digital assets, digital cash capabilities, settlement efficiency, liquidity management, interoperability with traditional market infrastructure.
Parties will build on joint participation in Australia’s Project Acacia, an RBA- and DFCRC-led initiative on tokenised assets in institutional markets.
Agreement also sets ongoing knowledge sharing to support institutional adoption of tokenised finance.
