- Net interest income (FTE) rose 11% to USD 683.1 million, with net interest margin (FTE) widening 12 basis points to 1.81%.
- Other noninterest income totaled USD 673 million, reflecting a USD 525.4 million pre-tax gain tied to the second Visa exchange offer.
