Northern Trust entered a relationship with Perpetual (Asia) to expand its Singapore unit trust servicing for retail fund structures.
The combined offering targets investment managers, pairing Northern Trust’s custody, fund administration and middle-office outsourcing with Perpetual’s trustee services.
Perpetual will act as trustee, fulfilling fiduciary duties and safeguarding unitholders while Northern Trust runs day-to-day fund operations.
