Northern Trust set an Oct. 1, 2026 redemption of all 5,000 shares of its Series D Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock.
The call covers 500,000 related depositary shares, redeemed at USD 1,000 per depositary share.
A previously declared quarterly dividend of USD 23 per depositary share will be paid on the redemption date.
