Northpointe Bancshares names Joseph Long as COO, chief credit officer

Northpointe Bancshares named Joseph (JB) Long executive vice president, chief operating officer, chief credit officer.
Long most recently served as chief banking and capital markets officer at Cenlar FSB, overseeing portfolio risk, banking operations, capital markets.
He previously spent over 25 years at EverBank in senior roles, building capital markets, mortgage banking, portfolio management platforms.
Long is set to assume the COO and chief credit officer roles effective Sept. 14, 2026. He will oversee credit, capital markets, mortgage operations functions.
