Northrop Grumman expands Utah Roy Innovation Center with new Sentinel facility investment
NOC•Roy Innovation Center expansion supports Sentinel program
Northrop Grumman began construction on a new Legacy Building at its Roy Innovation Center in Utah to expand the Sentinel ICBM program footprint.
The project targets hundreds of new jobs, supporting an accelerated schedule for Sentinel initial capability by the early 2030s.
The expansion will lift the campus to six buildings with more than 1.1 million square feet, sized for more than 5,000 employees. Construction starts this summer with completion slated for 2028.
Over the past five years, Northrop Grumman invested $13.5 billion in infrastructure and R&D, including $2 billion for solid rocket motor capacity.
