Northwest Bank plans headquarters relocation to Dublin, Ohio by 1H 2029

Northwest Bancshares announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from Easton to Dublin, Ohio, within Bridge North.

• The move targets the first half of 2029 into a 75,000-square-foot purpose-built building with a 15-year initial lease term.
• The design supports headquarters headcount more than doubling to 300 by 2034.
• Dublin’s incentive package equals 15% of net new payroll withholdings from 2030-2034, capped at $460,000.
• The agreement also includes a $50,000 location grant tied to lease execution and an occupancy permit.
