Adjusted non-GAAP diluted EPS climbed 25% to $0.50, reflecting adjustments for unfavorable weather, merger-related costs, and Colstrip Avista Interests.
Revenue rose 14.56% to $392.6 million, while operating income increased 5.59% to $64.2 million.

The merger with Black Hills won regulatory clearance from FERC, Nebraska, and South Dakota; Montana remains, with closing targeted by year-end 2026.
NorthWestern Energy affirmed 2026 non-GAAP EPS guidance of $3.68-$3.83 and declared a $0.67 quarterly dividend payable Sept. 1, 2026.
