Norway central bank keeps rate on hold, still eyes hike

OSLO, Aug. 13 (Reuters) - Norway's central bank kept its policy interest rate on hold at 4.25% on Thursday, as unanimously expected by analysts in a Reuters poll, and said it may still become necessary to hike borrowing costs.
Norges Bank had previously said the policy rate would likely be raised once again later this year.
