NMG•Nouveau Monde Graphite will settle US$342,751 in accrued Q3 2026 interest on its unsecured convertible note by issuing 283,265 common shares priced at US$1.21 each.
1. Interest settlement
The interest is due Sept. 30, 2026. Share certificates will be delivered at the note’s maturity, conversion or redemption, subject to Toronto Stock Exchange and NYSE clearance.
