Nova Minerals Hauls 70% Equipment via 150km Snow Road for $43.4M Antimony Project

NVANVA

Nova Minerals has mobilized heavy equipment along its 150km winter snow road to the Estelle Project, with 95% of major mining and processing assets received at Willow and 70% already delivered. The Company’s $43.4M U.S. Department of War award funded ice-bridge construction capable of supporting 45,000kg loads under -26C conditions.

1. Winter Road Construction and Conditions

Ideal -26C temperatures allowed early December snow road pre-packing and water-flooding to build 1.5m thick ice bridges over major rivers along the 150km route from Willow, enabling 45,000kg load support on a hard snowpack.

2. Equipment Mobilization Status

Since receiving a $43.4M U.S. Department of War award, Nova has sourced heavy machinery from across the contiguous U.S. and Alaska, with 95% of major mining and processing equipment items received at the Willow freight yard and 70% transported to the Estelle Project site.

3. Project Implications and Next Steps

Completion of winter freight mobilization by early spring will support antimony ore extraction, airstrip expansion and facility upgrades, keeping the Company on schedule to commence production under its critical minerals strategy funded by the U.S. Department of War.
