Novavax earned a $125 million milestone as Sanofi launched a phase 3 influenza-COVID-19 combination vaccine trial in Europe. Novavax is also eligible for a $75 million payment on a technology transfer in mid-2027 and a $225 million payment upon a U.S. launch.
